Job description

We are currently looking for experienced Supplier Quality Engineer that ensures that products and supplies from vendors and suppliers are high quality, free of damages and defects, and conforms to legislative, industry, company, and manufacturing standards.

Key tasks:

• Advise on increasing the quality of products and drive suggestions to improve manufacturing processes.
• Provide support of manufacturing processes, procurement departments in management of issues related to product conformance.
• Support development of relationships with suppliers, act as a liaison between them and company representatives.
• Create reports and databases as required of provider information to help ensure the company works with the highest-quality vendors.

Your profile

• 5 years experience working in a microelectronics manufacturing environment
• Foster supportive and respectful environment for internal and external customers
• Promote open lines of communication within the organisation.
• Demonstrate flexibility in performing tasks and other duties required
• Demonstrate technical understanding of product and process.
• Team player that can positively influence the team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Accurate record keeping using in house tools and solutions
• Knowledge of electronic components and technical drawings
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of Polish
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience in using SAP software will be an advantage
• Experience and or qualification supplier auditing ISO9001 Standard
