Job summary

Hiab is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to drive technical supplier development in Hydraulics and Cylinders. You will manage PPAP, NPD cycles, supplier assessments, and performance reviews, collaborating closely with internal teams.

The role supports remote/hybrid work with Stargard as the primary location, open to applicants nationwide in Poland. Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience with PPAP, NPD cycles, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability audits and supplier assessments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise in Hydraulics/Cylinders and supplier tech capabilities.
• Lead supplier initiatives, PPAP, supplier assessments, and performance reviews.
• Manage NPD processes with suppliers from design to production.
• Oversee source changes and ensure regulatory approvals and technical readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and sustainability goals.
