What You Bring to the Role:

  • Required: Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • A tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and explain new software and processes.
  • A resident of, or the ability to immediately relocate to, Athens, Greece, and gain work authorization expediently.
