Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a motivated management consultant to deliver projects in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector in Warsaw. You will own a key project workstream, conduct sophisticated analyses, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for client teams.

You will mentor junior colleagues, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the firm's growth through internal initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• Academic background: MSc or MBA with excellent academic record.
• Management consulting experience: 1+ years with exposure to TMT projects.
• Experience from another related field: 2+ years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Polish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery in TMT, owning a key project workstream.
• Develop complex market modelling and business plan assessments.
• Turn findings into clear, actionable insights and present to client teams.
• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Management Consulting Experience: Ideally 1+ years of management consulting experience with an exposure to TMT-related projects.
• Previous experience: Potentially 2+ years of experience from another related field
• Industry Passion: Passion for Telecommunication, Media, and Technology
• Exceptional Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities
• Critical Thinking & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven track record of critical thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit.
