IKEA Industry in Poland seeks a seasoned leader to set example of IKEA values while guiding technology, process engineering, laboratory, supplier quality assurance, and investments departments. You will translate strategic directions into actionable plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality of strategic materials and the implementation of new products in collaboration with IKEA of Sweden.

Formación

• min. 5 years of experience in an international production company.
• min. 3 years of experience in team management.
• excellent knowledge of operations/methods in technology, quality, investments.
• ability to translate strategic directions into operational plans.
• excellent leadership, motivation and engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• lead by example and uphold IKEA values with Management Team.
• direct management and development of departments: technology/ process engineering, laboratory, supplier quality assurance, investments.
• ensure quality of strategic materials for production.
• facilitate implementation of new products/ changes with IKEA of Sweden.
• secure fulfilment of investment plans.
