Job summary

IKEA Industry Poland is seeking a senior operations leader to drive technology, quality, and investments across multiple departments. The role requires translating strategic goals into effective operational plans and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will lead and develop teams, ensure material quality for production, and coordinate product changes with IKEA of Sweden, while delivering on investment plans. Fluency in English (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years in an international production company.
• Min. 3 years in team management.
• Excellent knowledge of operations/ methods in technology, quality, investments.
• Ability to translate strategic directions into operational plans.
• Excellent influence and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership: development/succession planning and engagement.
• Goal orientation, flexibility, and focus on cost effectiveness.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• English fluency min. B2.
