Wilson HR in Kraków is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to drive talent acquisition for diverse roles. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing and advising clients and candidates to maximize successful hires.

Successful candidates will combine market intelligence with innovative recruitment strategies, maintain strong networks, and meet weekly and monthly submit-and-hire targets while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong market research, passive sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with clients and candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.
• Ability to meet and exceed performance goals and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management, delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes to add client value.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain ATS data and related administrative tasks.
