Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an Executive Search Talent Intelligence Partner in Kraków to deliver market intelligence, talent insights, and executive candidate research supporting leadership hiring and succession planning. You will partner with Executive Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and leaders to identify, assess, and engage top talent with data-driven insights that inform hiring strategies.

You will develop market maps, build pipelines, conduct assessments, and create dashboards to report search

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in executive search, talent intelligence, or related field.
• Experience in market mapping and senior-level talent identification.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and databases.
• Assessments, screening, and candidate summaries experience.
• Analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping to track leadership talent pools.
• Pipeline Development & Candidate Generation for senior roles.
• Candidate Assessment & Evaluation with competency-focused interviews.
• Data, Insights & Reporting; dashboards on pipeline health and trends.
• Stakeholder & Candidate Experience ensuring high-touch interactions.
