Job summary

Electrolux Group in Poland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across multiple locations, focusing on Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering and Quality.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines using Phenom CRM and LinkedIn tools, and partner with Hiring Managers and HR to navigate a competitive market in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hybrid work and exposure to manufacturing sites and offices in Poland.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Expert in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessment, market mapping and offers.
• Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Logistics, R&D and Operations in office and manufacturing settings.
• Strong stakeholder management, building trusted relationships and influencing decision-making.
• Proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments, manage time, and deliver results on deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative yet assertive approach.
• International mindset with experience working across cultures and functions.
• Digital savvy with MS Office; Workday and Phenom CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR across Poland.
• Advise on talent market trends, hiring strategies and best practices.
• Build and manage talent pipelines using Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
• Proactively source and engage top talent for current and future needs.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Drive requisitions in Workday, craft compelling job ads, and guide stakeholders through recruitment stages.
• Maintain recruitment momentum through clear communication and proactive follow-up.
• Contribute to strengthening Electrolux employer brand via candidate experience and sourcing strategies.
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
