Job summary

Beiersdorf Poland in Poznań is seeking an experienced Controlling professional to partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive performance management and strategic decision-making. You will monitor KPIs, lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and ensure accurate, timely P&L reporting, month-/quarter-/year-end closings, while driving standardization and risk controls.

Fluent English and strong SAP/BI skills are required; a university degree in Finance or related field

Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Controlling, Consulting, or Financial Advisory.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across functions and cultures.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong systems and reporting expertise, including SAP FI/CO/MM/BI, advanced Excel, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive performance management and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor and analyze key Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.
Lead and coordinate Supply Chain planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and deliverables.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting of Supply Chain P&L accounts, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Drive process standardization, efficiency improvements, risk controls, and compliance within Supply Chain Controlling operations.
Act as the main point of contact for Supply Chain Controlling topics and contribute to cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
