Job summary

Huber+Suhner in Poland is seeking a quality engineer to drive APQP activities and PPAP/FAI submissions, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949. The role collaborates with Engineering, Production and SCM to advance product quality and implement robust PFMEA/DFMEA practices.

The candidate will lead customer complaint handling, coordinate audits, and conduct trainings while utilizing ERP/PLM and Master Data management. Proficiency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Technical University graduate, preferably Mechanical profile.
• Experience in Automotive Industry - minimum 3 years in similar position.
• Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning.
• Knowledge of Automotive Q-Core tools and their practical application.
• Very good knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 standard.
• Experience in internal auditing for higher quality standards (e.g. IATF, IRIS…).
• Statistical analysis skills.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) – min. B2.
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP system.

• Support in creating DFMEA and PFMEA
• Lead customer complaint handling according to Automotive Industry standard
• Co-decide in the product implementation process

• Cooperate with Engineering, production and SCM

Our future engineer should have:
