Job summary

Corning Incorporated seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own development and execution of GSM strategies for a complex global contract manufacturing portfolio in the EMEA region. The role aligns with OCS and CMD business unit strategies and aims to optimize total cost of ownership while mitigating supply risks.

You will drive supplier performance, lead competitive bidding, negotiate agreements, and manage supplier relationships through SRM practices. Travel approx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and English fluency.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience with contract manufacturing sourcing and/or sourcing of metals, resins, raw materials, or components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global strategic sourcing plans for the EMEA region.
• Lead supplier evaluations, bids, and contract negotiations.
• Manage SRM activities and establish SLAs with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply strategy.
