Job summary

Jobtailor in Kraków is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to bridge customer requirements, solution design, and development teams. You will translate complex business needs into actionable functional requirements and specs for large, enterprise systems such as GRP, ERP, and PFM.

With 8+ years of experience, you will influence functional design decisions, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate across Development, QA, and Professional Services to ensure alignment with government programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, CS, BA, Accounting, Public Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in functional analysis for enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with large, integrated software systems (GRP, ERP, PFM, IFMIS or public sector).
• Expertise in elicitation, documentation, business process modelling, use case definition, and functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between customer requirements, solution design, and development teams.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and specs.
• Contribute to scalable GRP solutions aligned with government reform programs.
• Collaborate daily with Development, QA, and Professional Services teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive quality in functional delivery.
