IQVIA’s Patient & Site Centric Solutions (PSCS) seeks a seasoned Strategic Project Manager to steer high-impact AI and strategic initiatives. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain governance across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Significant project, program or PMO experience within CRO/pharma/clinical research or closely related life sciences.
Strong understanding of clinical research and life sciences environments.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
Strong planning, governance, risk management and execution capabilities.
Experience coordinating senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

Lead complex strategic initiatives across PSCS and site businesses.
Define and validate project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success measures.
Develop and manage PSCS AI strategy and its translation into key projects.
Create clear project plans and governance structures to support execution.
Drive cross-functional delivery, maintain momentum, visibility and accountability.
Manage scope, timelines, resources and costs while adapting to changing priorities.
