Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager within the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team to oversee strategic, transformational, and cross-functional projects. You will manage governance, budgets, timelines, testing, and readiness to go live across global initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, mentor project managers, and drive risk mitigation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time delivery and optimal value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
• Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go live
• Identify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessary
• Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
• Communicate program-level reporting and status updates
• Develop the resources on your team. You will also coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
• Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
• Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery
