Thrive IT Systems is seeking a Program Manager for a client-based project in Warsaw, Poland, with a 6‑month B2B contract and extension possibility. The assignment supports a 12‑month framework with potential renewal, spanning Warsaw and Cracow.

The role requires defining and driving the product vision for a global AI data platform, aligning business and engineering priorities, and translating complex tech into scalable, productized solutions while leading end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in program/product management for data platforms.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into scalable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across regions and service lines.
• Proven end-to-end product lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision strategy and roadmap for a global AI data platform capability.
• Operate at the intersection of business product and engineering ensuring alignment of priorities and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into scalable productized solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through delivery and scaling.
• Partner with engineering architecture and data teams to ensure robust scalable platform design.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across regions and service lines.
• Drive adoption and value realization across the ecosystem.
• Build and mentor product and delivery teams establishing strong product management practices.
