Job summary

Emerson in Łódź, Poland is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to support execution of production plans ensuring timely product availability and efficient workflow. You will manage production orders, forecasts, and ERP parameters, and collaborate with Customer Service, Production, Engineering and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute daily production plans based on material availability and customer demand.
• Confirm delivery dates for orders within 24 hours of order entry into the system.
• Monitor and manage open and overdue production orders, resolving issues with Customer Service, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Review forecasts for assigned product groups and plan production in line with S&OP requirements, sales targets and open demands.
• Maintain and verify ERP parameters to support production efficiency and on-time delivery performance.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and provide updates on order status, risks, and deviations from the plan.
• Track production plan execution and report KPIs to the direct manager.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active management of production orders, forecasts, and system parameters. As an important point of contact, you will contribute to maintaining effective communication and ensuring smooth coordination of planning activities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Creating and executing daily production plans based on material availability and customer demand.
• Confirming delivery dates for customer orders within 24 hours of order entry into the system.
• Monitoring and managing open and overdue production orders, including resolving issues in cooperation with Customer Service, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Reviewing forecasts for assigned product groups and planning production in line with S&OP requirements, sales value target & open demands
• Maintaining and verifying system (ERP) parameters to support production efficiency and on-time delivery performance
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and providing updates on order status, risks, and deviations from the plan.
• Tracking production plan execution and reporting key performance indicators to the direct manager.

• Communicative level of English (written and spoken), with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
