Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Supplier Performance Specialist to manage and optimize supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery and robust performance across multiple locations. You will analyze supplier data, drive improvements, and collaborate with commodity managers and purchasing teams to support transitions and policy execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SAP, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and transition activities to minimize disruptions.
• Develop contingency plans for critical suppliers to reduce business risk.
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain teams to drive supplier excellence.
