Job summary

Puratos in Poznań is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and category management for raw materials, packaging, trading goods and indirect spend.

You will guide a small team, partner with cross-functional functions, and drive cost competitiveness, quality, and supply continuity in domestic and international markets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, risk management and sustainable performance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in strategic procurement within the food industry.
• Proven track record of delivering sourcing projects and cost savings.
• Experience leading a procurement team and setting priorities.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for key raw-material categories and packaging.
• Lead supplier identification, qualification and development across markets.
• Monitor market trends and secure quality, delivery and continuity.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms and quality requirements.
• Deliver cost and performance improvements for procurement.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, R&D, Logistics and Finance across regions.
