Job summary

FedEx in Kraków is seeking a Portfolio Business Architect Advisor to align IT initiatives with the company strategy. You will work with business and IT stakeholders to define target capabilities and roadmaps across value streams, and participate in governance to prioritize solutions for executives.

The role requires seven years in analytical roles on large programs, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and experience in SAFe/Agile environments. Some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, math, IT systems, or related discipline.
• Seven years of experience in analytical roles with large-scale programs.
• Experience in SAFe and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to document FedEx strategy and roadmaps.
• Participate in portfolio governance to assess IT solutions and prioritize for executives.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps with the architecture community.
• Communicate complex solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Support SAFe Portfolio Kanban by breaking epics into smaller work bundles.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Architects to align backlog with strategic roadmap.
• Assess impact of strategic shifts on roadmaps.
• Contribute to growth of Business Architecture practices and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
