Job summary

Sandoz Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Medical Advisor to develop medical strategy, provide input into Brand Strategies, and guide medical governance for assigned therapeutic areas.

The role ensures medical activities are compliant and well-documented while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a hybrid Warsaw setting. Responsibilities include maintaining therapy area knowledge, engaging with key opinion leaders, shaping Medical Plans, and supporting market access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of assigned therapy areas by literature reviews, KOL discussions, and cross-functional interactions.
• Represent the company to external stakeholders including medical community, patients and officials.
• Provide medical input into Brand Strategies and Medical Plans for assigned areas.
• Develop and implement Medical SOPs and engagement plans with KOLs and stakeholders.
• Support market access by contributing content in cross-functional teams.
• Review promotional materials and regulatory documents for medical accuracy and compliance.
• Manage publications and handle Medical Inquiries per SOP.
• Ensure training and proper documentation of medical activities.
