Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Medical Advisor for Onco-hematology/Immunology (biologics) in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves developing medical strategy, maintaining current knowledge, and engaging with external stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.

Key duties include leading KOL engagement, cross-functional medical support, and ensuring compliance with GCP/ICH. The position offers a 15% annual performance bonus and benefits such as lunch card and medical care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned therapy areas by reviewing literature and engaging with stakeholders.
• Represent company toward external stakeholders, in particular medical community, patients and public officials.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and provide strategic input into company objectives.
• Contribute to Medical component of the Brand Strategy and develop Medical Plan for therapeutic areas.
• Develop and lead Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Provide therapeutic and product expertise cross-functionally to internal customers.
• Support market access strategy by delivering content and participating in cross-functional teams.
• Review promotional materials and regulatory documents for medical accuracy and compliance.
• Serve Medical Inquiries in accordance with process requirements and participate in training.
• Lead management of Grants & Sponsorships with proper documentation and contracts.
• Build and maintain good relationships within the local organization and with Regional/Global Medical Affairs.
• Ensure Medical activities comply with GOPs/SOPs, GCP and ICH guidelines and local law.
• Collect and report Adverse Events per Sandoz standards.
