Job summary

Sandoz Polska in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a senior Medical Affairs leader to develop and oversee strategies spanning medical communications, engagement with thought leaders, investigator-led research, HEOR, and data dissemination.

You will head the MSL field team, ensure compliant medical information and promotional material review, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and build KPIs with Executive Team buy-in. Fluent English and 10+ years in leadership are required.

Qualifications

Medical degree and leadership in Medical Affairs.
Experience in drug regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance preferred.
Strong business acumen and integrity in highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead Medical Affairs strategies including medical communications, engagement with key opinion leaders, investigator-led research, HEOR, data dissemination and external collaborations.
Lead MSL field team organization to ensure scientific exchange and engagement related to product and therapeutic area.
Ensure compliant preparation and review of promotional and educational material in collaboration with Commercial and cross-functional partners.
