Job summary

CMS CEE in Warsaw is seeking an Associate for its Corporate/M&A practice. You will advise clients on corporate and M&A matters, prepare and manage transaction documentation, and participate in due diligence with cross-border teams.

You will draft opinions, collaborate with partners, and support complex transactions while building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a qualified attorney with M&A experience and fluent English, capable of independent ownership and delivering

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney with corporate/M&A experience in a law firm.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on corporate law and M&A matters.
• Preparing and managing transaction and corporate documentation.
• Participating in due diligence and preparing client reports.
• Drafting opinions and memoranda on regulatory matters.
• Collaborating with clients and cross-border teams in Poland and other jurisdictions.
• Supporting Partners in delivering complex transactional projects.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
