Job summary

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior IT Analyst for a hybrid role (3 days in Warsaw/Łódź and Tri-City). The position is on a long-term B2B basis with a rate up to 135 PLN net (+ VAT) per hour.

You will partner with business stakeholders to develop and document IT strategies, translate them into detailed technical requirements, and ensure traceability across the development lifecycle using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and user interface prototyping.
• Familiarity with architecture diagrams like sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements by cooperating with different stakeholders.
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
• Secure requirements traceability during end-to-end development.
• Document requirements, including use cases, and improve quality.
• Support testers and developers in the team.
• Verify developed solutions by conducting test results.
• Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
