AmRest Holdings SE is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive the People Plan in our BU Salt. You will shape organizational structures, coach leaders, and support talent management and performance processes across production sites. Strong HRBP mindset and labor law knowledge are essential.

You will collaborate with business leaders, unions, and works councils to ensure compliant HR policies, budget control, and sustainable organizational effectiveness, with a hybrid office model in Poland.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles covering soft and hard HR areas.
• Ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives (HRBP mindset).
• Strong independence and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the People Plan aligned with business strategy.
• Design and support organizational structures and change initiatives.
• Lead change and act as a change ambassador.
