Job summary

Vantive is a leading MedTech company focusing on vital organ therapies and digital solutions. The Inventory Finance Analyst will partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, and Site Finance to optimize global inventory management and financial performance.

The role covers forecasting, reporting, and governance, driving improvements in inventory forecasting, planning, and performance management across regions. Hybrid work model in Warsaw with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Accounting, Inventory Finance, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem solving skills.
• Experience supporting forecast, annual and long-range planning processes.
• Understanding of inventory accounting concepts, including inventory valuation and balance sheet analysis.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Analytics: monitor and analyze global inventory levels, turns, DIO, WOS, and excess/obsolete inventory.
• Develop and maintain WOS reporting and analytics for regions and business units.
• Analyze key drivers impacting inventory performance and working capital.
• Partner with planning and supply chain teams to evaluate trends and opportunities.
• Develop actionable insights to improve inventory productivity and customer service.
• Support development and review of inventory targets and performance metrics.
