Vantive, a leading vital organ therapy company, is seeking a Senior IT Specialist – Demand & Supply Planning to drive Kinaxis Maestro solutions and optimize our global planning platforms.

In this visible role, you’ll partner with Supply Chain leaders, business stakeholders, and IT teams to improve planning processes, deliver scalable solutions, and enable critical decisions across a global organization.

The role supports a hybrid/remote setup with regular collaboration with North America teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically, 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse
• Knowledge of ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar), APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving process improvements.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
• Kinaxis certifications (Author, Administrator, and/or Integration).
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

Responsabilités

• Own and support global supply chain planning applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Configure and enhance Kinaxis Maestro to improve planning effectiveness and business performance.
• Lead testing, validation, change management, and system enhancements.
• Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Ensure applications remain compliant, reliable, and aligned with Vantive's digital transformation strategy.
