Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking an experienced Controlling Analyst to join our growing finance team. You will manage cost object master data, perform allocations, and deliver profitability analyses to support business decisions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP FI/CO expertise, and the ability to collaborate with OpCos. You will contribute to monthly dashboards and ensure data quality across financial systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, financial analysis, management reporting or finance operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and data quality focus.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO modules; SAP SD knowledge will be an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining controlling cost objects master data and ensuring data quality across financial systems
• Performing month-end cost allocations from Internal Orders and Cost Centers in line with established procedures
• Executing profitability data distribution processes across relevant reporting dimensions
• Performing profitability analysis by customer, product and business segment to support business decision-making
• Conducting detailed financial analysis, reconciliations and variance investigations to ensure reporting accuracy and data consistency
• Preparing monthly dashboard reports and management information to monitor key business performance indicators
• Executing process controls and proactively identifying, reporting and addressing compliance-related issues
• Identifying process inefficiencies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across controlling and reporting activities
• Providing financial insights and profitability analysis to support Country F&A Managers and Business Controllers
• Handling complex ad hoc controlling, profitability and reporting analyses for OpCo stakeholders
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with OpCos and other key stakeholders across the organization
• Ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with global standards, internal controls, policies and procedures
• Acting as a trusted business partner by understanding financial implications and providing meaningful business insights
