Job summary

Akamai is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Global Network Finance Team in Krakow. You will own core components of monthly Network COGS close, develop executive reporting, and link traffic projections with financial outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales Finance, Accounting, and Engineering Leadership to model capital investments, analyze network performance drivers, and support strategic decisions with actionable insights. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Owning core components of the monthly Network COGS close process and preparing executive reporting packages.
• Analyzing daily network traffic trends and variance analyses to align operational metrics with financial performance.
• Developing weekly COGS outlooks and burn-rate tracking for real-time infrastructure visibility.
• Supporting financial models for capital investments, server capacity expansion, and asset lifecycle initiatives.
• Collaborating with Sales Finance, Accounting, and Engineering Leadership to align traffic projections with revenue and cost assumptions.
• Implementing reporting workflow improvements and delivering specialized analyses for strategic decisions.
