EY GDS Poland seeks an Engagement Business Partner (EBP) to lead the engagement lifecycle, acting as the finance single point of contact for senior partners and teams. You will guide OEL processes, oversee CoE tasks, and drive proactive risk management and value delivery across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing or finance-related role within professional services or corporate environments.
• Ability to lead others in hybrid and fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong work ethic and resilience in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance single point of contact for Engagement Partners and Managers, guiding and overseeing the Opportunity Engagement Lifecycle (OEL).
• Oversee OEL tasks by delegating to CoEs and monitor progress for timely delivery.
• Manage risk across the engagement portfolio and provide strategic financial insights.
• Coordinate with CoEs and client servers to ensure compliance with OEL policies and budgets.
• Support the annual external audit process and develop best practices for the EBP team.
