Qualifications

• Proven cross-functional collaboration to solve organization-wide technical problems.
• Deep expertise in software operations, performance tuning, scalability, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience establishing Roche-wide best practices from code to production.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical guidance and set the direction for digital product development in alignment with business goals.
• Define tasks and drive large initiatives at the Product Line level, coaching team members to foster growth.
• Partner with stakeholder ecosystems to align technical strategy with mid- to long-term organizational goals.
