Job summary

BEC is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business, data, and technology in the Data Modernization Program. You will work with product owners, data engineers, and stakeholders to turn needs into sustainable data solutions across Denmark and Poland.

You will join the Data Product Center, shaping data governance, platform capabilities, and onboarding of new data products for a large, regulated financial services ecosystem.

Qualifications

Fluent English, written and spoken.
Experience translating business and technical needs into features and user stories.
Strong understanding of data flows, modelling, system integrations, and modern data platforms.
Knowledge of data governance concepts and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing data solutions, data flows, and stakeholder needs to define requirements for modernization of data solutions.
Translate requirements into deliverables, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support the full solution lifecycle with validation and testing, addressing governance and operational needs.
