Qualifications

• Proven experience in preparing Information Memorandums (IMs), Pitch Books, and Teasers.
• Ability to manage multiple live mandates simultaneously and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ (CapIQ).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing transactions end-to-end, including preparation of Pitches and Financial Models.
• Participate in management/buyer meetings, handle Q&As, and negotiate offers.
• Manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process.
