Job summary

Revolut is expanding its Finance team and seeks a Branch Regulatory Reporting Manager to compile, review, and manage regulatory reports for our branch network. You will shape processes, implement submission controls, and work with data owners to ensure timely, accurate filings.

You will bring 4+ years in banking regulatory reporting, strong analytical ability, and familiarity with Polish regulators. A collaborative, international environment awaits, with focus on compliant, transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a compliance or reporting function for a bank or similar regulated entity
• Experience working with financial regulators in Poland
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to translate regulations into processes and frameworks for reports

Responsibilities

• Produce and review branch regulatory reports, including statistical returns and local requirements
• Define and implement the submission process for regulatory reports
• Maintain controls and documentation for reporting areas (automated and manual)
• Coordinate with data owners to resolve issues and monitor progress
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and ensure compliant reporting
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure consistency of financial and regulatory reporting
• Liaise with the Central Bank and respond to queries
