Qualifications

• Experience in procurement within the agricultural sector, preferably grain purchasing.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Strong track record of building long-term relationships with farmers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions with barley suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain processes for barley procurement.
