Job summary

Clarks is looking for a store manager in Piaseczno, Poland to lead the team and deliver strong sales and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure high retail standards while maximizing profitability. English proficiency is required, and flexibility for a 7-day shift pattern is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment.
• Track record of delivering excellent results.
• Willingness to work 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
• Proficiency in English.

About The Role

To manage a Clarks store in line with the business objectives. To lead and motivate the store team in order to maximise sales and profit, delivering set targets and KPIs. Responsible for the day to day running of the store, focusing on opportunities to enhance the consumer experience through delivery of the highest retail standards and team behaviours.
