Job summary

Sopra Steria Polska is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator (Linux / Storage) to maintain and optimize enterprise storage environments. You will ensure stability and performance of Linux and storage platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

The role operates on a three-shift schedule (08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, 12:00–20:00) with on-call duties and occasional office visits in Katowice, Poland.

Qualifications

• Must have storage administration experience with SAN and NAS.
• Hands-on with NetApp MetroCluster, Dell PowerStore and Dell Isilon/PowerScale.
• Experience in Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of LUN management, zoning, multipathing, and NFS/CIFS shares.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support NetApp/Dell storage environments (SAN/NAS).
• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability; ensure SLAs.
• Troubleshoot storage incidents and infrastructure issues.
• Perform storage config changes, migrations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure reliable and secure services.
• Support Linux-based storage operations and maintenance.
• Participate in problem analysis and continuous improvement.
