Job summary

LOGSTOR District Heating Solutions in Zabrze is offering a paid Marketing Intern role focused on customer experience, data analysis and NPS projects. You will support surveys, reports and English-language presentations to internal and global teams.

The internship is hybrid, based in Zabrze, with flexible hours and opportunities to grow in marketing and CX, collaborating with an international team and gaining hands-on project experience.

Qualifications

• Good command of English (B2/C1).
• Interest in marketing, Customer Experience and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and organise your work effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience is not required — we value motivation and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, coordinating and analysing NPS and other customer satisfaction surveys, including data collection, preparation and interpretation.
• Preparing reports and presentations with survey results and regularly presenting key findings in English to internal teams and global stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the global Kingspan Customer Experience team and internal stakeholders on CX projects, including contributing to English-language updates and meetings.
• Supporting the preparation and execution of customer campaigns, including collecting, preparing and visualising campaign data for presentations.
• Creating and delivering ad hoc presentations in English on Customer Experience and marketing topics for colleagues across the organisation.
• Supporting the team with other Customer Experience and marketing-related tasks as needed.

Are you interested in marketing, customer experience and working with data? Do you enjoy talking to people and interacting with colleagues across the company? If yes, this role is for you.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who will support our team mainly in the area of customer satisfaction surveys and NPS (Net Promoter Score), as well as selected marketing activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys analytical tasks, working with data, turning results into clear insights and presenting them to others.

The role is hybrid, based in our office in Zabrze, Poland.

Your responsibilities
