As Statutory External Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for statutory reporting across Dott's legal entities in Europe and the Middle East, leading and project managing a team of Statutory External Reporting Managers while personally owning the statutory accounts and audits for your own entities, based in Wroclaw.

This role goes beyond traditional statutory compliance – it is an opportunity to scale the statutory reporting engine of a multi-entity, multi-country group, with an AI-native agenda.

  • Drive a collaborative, high-performance culture rooted in Dott values
  • Act as the primary statutory contact for the Head of Group Accounting and Financial Reporting, auditors and local directors
Statutory Reporting Project Management
  • Own the statutory reporting and audit calendar for all entities, planning back from filing, approval and Group audit deadlines
  • Track progress entity by entity, resolve slippage early, and report on progress, risks and late-filing exposure
  • Coordinate inputs from Group Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Legal, and align audit planning across audit firms
Statutory Reporting & Local GAAP Conversion
  • Set the IFRS-to-local GAAP standards – bridge methodology, templates, CoA mappings and recurring adjustments – and apply them to your own entities
  • Prepare statutory financial statements for your own entities, and review and approve those prepared by the team
  • Own local GAAP positions across entities, preparing and reviewing position papers and tracking changes in local GAAP and company law

  • Lead your own statutory audits end to end and oversee the team's, stepping in on complex findings and auditor disagreements
  • Partner with Tax on statutory-to-tax reconciliations, and monitor capital maintenance, going concern and distributable reserves
  • Own the control framework over statutory reporting, ensuring adjustments and judgements are documented and evidenced
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
  • Standardise processes and templates across entities, and drive NetSuite and reporting tool enhancements for statutory needs
  • Build for the future & embrace AI – automate towards an AI-native statutory reporting function
