You will support the financial department across multiple countries, participate in audits and year-end closings, and mentor junior STAT staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English; German at least B2.
• 2–3 years accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• SAP ERP knowledge is required.
• SSC environment would be an asset.

Aufgaben

• Manage/Review all STAT work in allocated portfolio
• Preparation of monthly tasks such as Flux analysis and Balance sheet recons
• Analyze on a monthly basis the accounts to identify unusual or irregular transactions and make recommendations to resolve
• Provide guidance to other STAT accounting staff and assist with mentoring staff to meet all client deadlines
• Preparation of the year-end financial close activities such as US to local GAAP reconciliations, Local GAAP financial statements and meet all related deadlines
• Key figure for quarterly and year-end audits and main contact with the auditors for the preparation of the PBC list
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting and finance projects

Requirements

• At least B2 of German language
• Good knowledge of Accounting principles.
• 2-3 years experience working on accounting.
• Ability to organize large amounts of data

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements
