Job summary

Saur Services (Glasgow) Ltd is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead wastewater and process projects from design through commissioning. Join our team #MissionWater.**Job Summary**The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for managing wastewater treatment and process projects, from design to commissioning. they coordinates engineering resources, ensures the quality of deliverables and their compliance with deadlines, budget and customer expectations. As a technical interface between internal and external stakeholders, it balances innovation, compliance and sustainability. It also supports digital approaches and the integration of engineering into procurement and construction processes.**Your Main Responsabilities*** Coordinate engineering disciplines throughout the project.* Ensure the quality of deliverables as well as their contractual compliance.* Manage the schedule and budget.* Monitor technical performance and integrate engineering into the overall planning.* Lead design reviews, manage internal and external resources, collaborate with the project and purchasing teams.* Ensure that deadlines and costs are respected.* Encourage the use of digital tools and sustainable practices.* Guarantee regulatory compliance* Participate in risk analyses and manage changes in scope.* Represent engineering to stakeholders, support technical clarifications and supplier testing.Have solid experience in the implementation of water, sanitation or industrial utility projects in EPC or design-build environments. Master digital engineering platforms such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks, BIM 360 or Aveva E3D, as well as collaborative tools.
