Job summary

Google Cloud’s AI research team seeks a Staff Software Engineer to own the Agent Development Lifecycle in Warsaw. You’ll lead, design, and ship large-scale systems with AI/ML focus, partnering across Cloud AI and GCP to deliver customer value.

In-office location Warsaw, Poland, with remote location options. Strong experience in distributed systems, and mentoring, plus excellent communication, are essential for shaping product direction and advancing enterprise AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience in one or more languages.
• 3+ years testing, maintaining or launching software products; 1 year in design/architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across agents' lifecycle management.
• Drive product usage and adoption through AI/ML solutions.
• Develop technology strategy and phased plans to drive product improvements or process simplifications.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Cloud AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive alignment and deliver customer value.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and ML to improve usability of our products and user experiences.
