Job summary

Google Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Software Engineer to design and build the core Agent Development Kit (ADK) for next-generation AI agents. You will work on distributed systems and scalable architecture to enable robust, high-performance AI tooling.

As a Software Engineer, you will implement the ADK in Go, collaborate with customers to onboard them to the GenAI ecosystem, and manage project priorities and milestones in a high-visibility open-source style environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python, Objective C, JavaScript, or Go.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agent Development Kit (ADK) in Go.
• Work closely with customers to onboard them to the ADK and the GenAI ecosystem.
• Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
