Asana, Inc. in Warsaw is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy for keeping complex task relationships in sync across many teams, including dependencies, milestones and approvals that ensure safe changes.

The role is office-based with a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with Wednesdays and Fridays eligible for remote work. You will mentor other product managers and raise the bar on product craft across the team.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Product Management experience driving end-user features.
• Experience shipping multi-month initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong cross-functional communicator and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for task connections and dependencies in plans.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of multi-month initiatives across teams.
• Scope MVPs and prioritize rigorously.
• Facilitate multi-team alignment and cross-functional coordination.
