This role is based in Warsaw with an office-centric hybrid schedule, typically in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with remote options Wednesdays and Fridays.

You will own multi-month initiatives, coordinate across multiple teams, and mentor other PMs, shaping scheduling, dependencies, and AI-assisted

• 6-8 years of Product Management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience shipping multi-month initiatives across multiple teams.
• Ability to plan complex interdependent work and handle shifting timelines.
• Systems thinker who understands platform impact on user experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication to align teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for task relationships and dependencies alignment with goals.
