Responsibilities

• Establish engineering standards across Model Authoring pods.
• Own technical direction for shared enablers and interfaces.
• Define interfaces between Model Authoring and other business parts.
• Contribute code on the hardest problems where risk is highest.
• Shape AI-native workflows and decide what is handed to agents vs humans.
• Mentor engineers and provide design input across pods.
