Job summary
Fandom is seeking a Staff Mobile Software Engineer to shape the future of its mobile platform. You will define technical strategy for mobile apps, champion modern stack based on Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose, and guide a team of engineers in a Scrum environment to deliver high-impact features.

Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of cross-platform mobile engineering experience, with Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience leading architecture and owning critical systems end-to-end.
- Strong soft skills with ability to influence stakeholders and mentor leaders.
- Experience driving quality, maintainability, resilience across large mobile apps.
- Collaborative mindset in cross-functional teams solving complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools to boost productivity and audit outputs.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-term technical strategy and vision for the mobile domain.
- Own and drive complex cross-team strategic initiatives across systems.
- Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps and surface constraints early.
- Scale impact through mentorship and by establishing best practices for KMP and Compose.
