Job summary

Google's software engineers in Poland develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information. You will work on AI developer tools with the Gemini Enterprise umbrella, collaborating across Cloud AI and Google Research to deploy ML solutions at scale.

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to Generative AI solutions for Cloud customers, partnering with researchers, engineers and PMs to balance performance with deployment

• Understand the unique needs of Cloud customers and effectively bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world use cases outside of Google.
• Track record of innovative ideas and rapid execution in the AI/ML space.

As a Software Engineer, you will be passionate about delivering Generative AI technologies to Cloud customers. You will develop features that integrate the next generation large language model with balanced trade-off between performance and deployment constraints.

The Google Cloud AI Research team addresses AI challenges motivated by Google Cloud's mission of bringing AI to tech, healthcare, finance, retail and many other industries. We work on a range of unique problems focused on research topics that maximize scientific and real-world impact, aim to push the state-of-the-art in AI and share findings with the broader research community. We also collaborate with product teams to bring innovations to real-world impact that benefits our customers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Poland: zł280000 - zł287000 (PLN) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
