Job summary

InPost is consolidating multiple market iOS apps into OneApp. This Staff-level role sets the iOS technical direction across several mobile teams and ensures cohesive architecture and quality across products. You will work with product, backend, platform, QA and other mobile disciplines to shape the future of our consumer app.

The role requires deep Swift expertise, MVC/MVVM patterns, and experience shipping across markets. Hybrid work from Poland, with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years production iOS experience.
• Proven record shipping a single codebase across markets.
• Deep knowledge of Swift, async/await and modern concurrency.

Responsibilities

• Set iOS technical direction across multiple mobile teams.
• Own architectural decisions and drive platform-wide standards.
• Collaborate with product, backend, QA and design to deliver on roadmap.
